Big Brothers Big Sisters of America is looking for an Executive & Board Relations Manager to support our President & CEO. This is a full time position, candidates must be able to work in our Tampa, FL office.

The Executive & Board Relations Manger partners with the President & CEO to operationalize CEO agenda, communications and board coordination. This role will serve as a critical partner to the President & CEO, helping drive efficiency across the organization by properly prioritizing his time and attention across various stakeholders. The incumbent will process a high degree of organization, a high level of emotional intelligence, and will be a strong communicator that can take on the challenge of aligning operations to our mission.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the President & CEO in executing priorities, managing strategic and priority projects along with engaging with outside funders, partners, advisors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage internal CEO communications, ensuring effective communication between the Board, prospects, the President & CEO, senior leadership, and internal teams, while contributing to our cohesive and positive culture.
  • Partner with CEO stewardship and management efforts to engage prospects, funders, partners, and stakeholders to build strong relationships within the Board and across the organization.
  • Manage Board logistics & operation planning including preparation of Board materials, presentations, orientations coordination and board meeting logistics.
  • Manage the flow and exchange of information vital to the Executive office, streamline workflows and interactions, and manage complex and changing priorities.
  • Leverage administrative expertise in strategic planning support across executive team and broader organization to balance office operations and functions.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements for President & CEO.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma required

Related Work Experience: 8-10 years of relevant professional experience working with c-suite leaders, high-level influencers and donors required. Experience in board development, stewardship, and management, with an emphasis on fundraising donor cultivation.

Travel: 10%
