Position Purpose
Through the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) Professional Fellowship Program* the Partnerships Coordinator, Program and Impact is a direct report of the Director, Program Development & Scale. They will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s (BBBSA) national office Program & Impact Team with excellent coordination and administration of program partnerships and development of playbooks to scale best practices. In this role the Partnerships Coordinator will effectively manage timelines, lead the coordination of internal and external meetings, document lessons learned and provide recommendations that support scaling best practices. This work includes working collaboratively across all BBBSA departments to ensure the Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) network of 230+ agencies effectively manage- grants from corporate and private foundations.
The Partnerships Coordinator, Program and Impact will also be responsible for writing and submitting reports and other information requested by key stakeholders.
*This position is aligned to BBBSA’s Professional Fellowship Program, an initiative that engages talented professionals in two (2)-year career opportunities. The candidate identified for this role will be a full-time, benefits eligible employee, fully immersed as a team member and accountable to all BBBSA employee policies and organizational practices. This position is funded for a period of two (2) years from their effective date of hire. Continuation of the position after two (2) years is based on business need for the role and continued funding.

Education & Related Work Experience
Education Level: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required with additional post-secondary coursework or certification related to project management, nonprofit management, office administration, public administration, or other related field preferred OR relevant experience equivalency.
Years of Related Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, with an emphasis on administrative excellence and project management.
